The Sterling prices are based on an exchange rate of 1.1 Euros = £1.00, the actual rate would be confirmed at the time of booking.
The prices apply for the rental of either apartment. If both apartments are booked together for the same period a discount of 10% will be given. Payment may be made in either Euros or Sterling.
All prices include linens and electricity. There is an additional charge of 50 Euros per apartment, payable locally to our housekeeper upon your arrival, to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning the apartment. A refundable Security Deposit of £300 (or equivalent in guests local currency) per apartment will be required to cover any losses or accidental damage.
